Cannot login to Microsoft Teams browser WebApp even after entering correct credentials

I have an issue with my O365 account where I cannot log in to my Microsoft Teams account on the website version. While the desktop app works fine I don't use it due to its high memory usage. When I try to log in, it just goes into a loop from the login page to the Teams home page showing nothing (for further reference, https://1drv.ms/v/s!Ai_BcIX5VXpWyxBQE_qjDnnETBl6?e=vVfl95) and then it shows "we couldn't sign you in", that's it. No concise information about what has happened because of which I couldn't sign in. Can anyone please help me as it is causing inconvenience to me due to this issue.

  • TheShaunSaw I would suggest making sure you have entirely logged out, sometime your browser could be logged into both business and personal Microsoft accounts and become confused. Try starting with an inprivate browser as that will have no existing logins.

    If that help, go back to your normal user and visit somewhere like Outlook.com then log out and then restart the browser.
