Cannot dial emergency numbers from Teams desktop or app
Whenever I dial 999,111 or any of the emergency numbers, the phone rings and then cuts immediately and sometimes it doesn't ring at all

- Yeah. Happened in august. Was resolved late last month but the issue resurfaced again recently
