Cannot assign number to resource account.

GRRRRRRR HELP *********

I can not assign a number to a resource account with type Operator Connect!!!!!!

I have done everything,....

A) created the resource account

B) Assigned the license'

C) Access the resource account

D) Choose Operator Connect

E) Search for a number - NO RESULTS FOUND!!!!!!!

What am i doing wrong??????

When i try to assign a number it says there is nothing available
