Cannot add VC to new event

I am using Teams on a Mac (Version 1.3.00.9271).  I can schedule an event, but I do not have the option to add the VC link.  Neither Teams nor Outlook have the button to select this.  Also, I do not see any preferences for Teams....very strange.

Any suggestions?
