Can we fetch all the metadata updated in the custom question answering project

We are working with a Custom question-answering project for the conversational bot. We are using Custom question answering project for question answer pair.
I have updated the metada for Microsoft related questions as topic: Microsoft.

Like wise updated topic: Bot for bot framework related questions.

Is there any API or methods available to fetch (both Bot and Microsoft) all the metadata updated in the specific custom question answering project.
