Can start a chat with certain users
I have 129 users setup for Teams (free). Everything seems to work, but for a a handful of users I am unable to start a new chat with them. When I start typing their names (slowly), they are not found.
Username or full email address doesn't work either.
This is irrespective of desktop app or web app, although some are located using the mobile app.
We are otherwise completely on-prem, so no AD connect used.

- It’s possible these users have not yet logged into the teams environment and accepted the invite using a Microsoft account? I don’t think you’ll be able to find them until that happens?
The have logged on and changed their passwords. Some are even communicating with other users in teh organisation. I noticed that one personal I can't resolve is already in one of my Teams.
