Can start a chat with certain users
I have 129 users setup for Teams (free). Everything seems to work, but for a a handful of users I am unable to start a new chat with them. When I start typing their names (slowly), they are not found...
It’s possible these users have not yet logged into the teams environment and accepted the invite using a Microsoft account? I don’t think you’ll be able to find them until that happens?
The have logged on and changed their passwords. Some are even communicating with other users in teh organisation. I noticed that one personal I can't resolve is already in one of my Teams.
