Can only join in browser

Hi,

 

Problem: I can't join meetings via email link in PC software or Android app. I can only join in browser.

 

My situation so far: I crated account with my Microsoft account. Downloaded the app to my PC and Phone. Opened the PC app and added my company name there, but that were probably wrong because there is no one in there so I must have crated new group or something.

 

Any way... When I go to my account I can't see anyone there and when I try to press link from email to my company meeting it won't open in app and I'm only able to join if I cancel the "open application" choice and press in"open in browser" instead.

 

What I can do?

    Now I deleted the team I previously created. Noticed that there is not option for joining team. Only possibility to create new one. So there is still not possibility for me to join my workplace's team.

      Now I tried to create new account as personal account, but I was not able because Teams suggested Skype for me for personal use and there was no selection for personal teams account.

      Please help me.
