Can I exit a call if the teams recording is still saving?

I have recorded a 2ish hour teams meeting and want to save/publish this so that I can share the link later. The recording link/box says "Recording has stopped. Saving...", so If I end the call while it is still saving, will I end it too soon and will it not save? or will it save and publish regardless of ending the call?
