caller id policy in Italy

Hi, we started a customer on the Teams platform with phone system and calling plan (E1 plans for users) We are unable to mask the number of users with a service number at the exit. It seems that in Italy this is impossible. I have you leave with anonymous or with the user number. Can you tell me if this is really the case? If so, can you tell me if this feature is expected to be available in the future? thanks a lot

    Hi Gabriele,
    did you solved the problem? I have opened a ticket for the same problem and the asnware still "It seems the masking will not be possible in Italy."

      I confirm that it is not supported in Italy.
      I had to discontinue the calling plan and take the customer to a different cloud PBX solution that used Teams only as a calling device.
      At the moment the customer is very satisfied with the solution. It has E1 plans with phone system (such as Microsoft licenses) and the pbx on our Italian partner.
