- Nicholas PlantMay 13, 2022Iron ContributorCNAM seems to be working in my call queues now. I am in the UK others in other regions might like to check and report back here whether they are seeing the same results.
- Dale_DarlingMay 13, 2022Iron ContributorI'm in the northeast US and it's not working for my company (100+ users).
- Nicholas PlantMay 14, 2022Iron ContributorJust to confirm I have tested mine again and I have both the calling number and reverse name lookup working on call queues. My desktop teams client is Version 1.5.00.11163 I have also tried it with Dynamics 365 and so far it is not working with calling into dynamics sales via a call queue- in the sense of identifying either the number calling or the name of the caller. However there is an update due on the calling widget in Dynamics.
