Call Answering Rules for Out of Office

Hi,

I'm trying to set the Out of Office for users so that it does 2 things:

1. Changes to the users Out of Office Voicemail in line with their Outlook Out of Office serrings

2. Set the Call Answer rules to Play the greeting then Hang up when out of office

Point 1 I can do via PowerShell, but I can't find a PowerShell way to set the Call Answer rules to a specific setting for a user.

Anyone out there able to assist?
