Bot logo is not visible in Bot message responses in Microsoft Teams

After doing that, wait for some propagation time, then if it still does not display log out of Teams, close off Teams completely and clear the cache (https://commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/)
