Big issue

Hi, I really need some help.
My uni created accounts for us, students, and we should use it for Microsoft Teams
When I tried to log in, I run into some problems, changed the password, and managed to log in but I wasn't a member of any team even though I got information that my teacher added me.
I emailed her, she said that I'm a member and that it should show in my teams.

I have no problem logging in, but there are no teams I am a member of.
I even have a code, but it keeps rejecting me.
Please, help me! I've been missing classes for days now, due to this issue

    Hi Kika12003   Sorry to hear of your issues but you will probably need to work with your teacher or whomever the administrator was who created the team to investigate this further on their end.  The administrator can open a support ticket with Microsoft for personalized support.
