Best AI Agent for HR in Microsoft Teams?

So our HR team is looking for an AI agent tool that fits into our HR processes, such as performance reviews, 360 feedback, policy management, etc. We've messed around with Copilot and while it has been solid for productivity overall, it doesn't quite handle the HR processes. Any recommendations?

    • If you are largely in the Microsoft ecosystem, Copilot and Moveworks are top choices for seamless Teams integration and broad HR automation. For more customizable workflows or policy management, Winslow or Botnation AI may be preferable. For dynamic performance and feedback processes, Engagedly and Leena AI excel.

    There are a few options on the market, but honestly — why not build your own agent? Microsoft lets you develop one that fits your exact reality. It will be less expensive in the long run and fully tailored to your needs. Do you have people internally who could take this on? Take a look at Copilot Studio for a fast and effective way to set it up.
