Best AI Agent for HR in Microsoft Teams?
So our HR team is looking for an AI agent tool that fits into our HR processes, such as performance reviews, 360 feedback, policy management, etc. We've messed around with Copilot and while it has been solid for productivity overall, it doesn't quite handle the HR processes. Any recommendations?

This is really interesting. We initially tried building our own with Copilot Studio and create some connectors with Power Automate and it does work to some extent. The thing is, our HR functions were too many and too complex for us to just build our own agent.
Oddly enough, the tool we were already using for performance management, Teamflect, chose us to be the beta testers for their HR Assistant, Teamflect Agent, and it really hit the spot for us.
It helps our managers with meeting and review preparation, answers policy questions from our employees, and recommends development goals based on real data from our reviews and feedback, and it actually takes action within our PMS. So we can use it to send recognitions, set goals, send feedback requests, etc.
I do believe it is out of beta and publicly available now so I would definitely recommend it. - GhulamMujtabaCopper Contributor
- If you are largely in the Microsoft ecosystem, Copilot and Moveworks are top choices for seamless Teams integration and broad HR automation. For more customizable workflows or policy management, Winslow or Botnation AI may be preferable. For dynamic performance and feedback processes, Engagedly and Leena AI excel.
There are a few options on the market, but honestly — why not build your own agent? Microsoft lets you develop one that fits your exact reality. It will be less expensive in the long run and fully tailored to your needs. Do you have people internally who could take this on? Take a look at Copilot Studio for a fast and effective way to set it up.
