Azure blocking when Excel File is being used

Hello,

We have some users using MS Teams to access shared files that are Excel. Every now and than the Azure account gets blocked. Not sure why. I am just wondering if anyone has dealt with this.

    I think the community will need more information than that.

     

    How is it blocked? What happens? Dialog box with message? The most common reasons for accounts being blocked with a prompt telling you that is either because of conditional access policies or the product/feature 'Identity Protection' has stepped in due to the risk for that account (too high). So the risk will need to be remediated either by the end-user, the org. admin or the other org. admin depending on config and scenario or for the former analyze the CA policies and the way they connect.
