Autoattendant weekend closed not working in business hours
Hi,
Our vendor has setup teaams calling.
For the autoattendens we want the message to be that its is closed in the evening and closed in the weekends.
The evening works but weekends don't work its the message that they have to wait .....
This is how they set the hours.
Since you don't have the option to disable Saturday and Sunday they put 12am to 12 am.
But that doesn't seem to work.
Whats I wrong?
How can we set Saturday and Sunday as closed the whole day?

Hi David,
Not sure if you had worked this out or not. But you can change the time to NONE on the days where you are closed. This then removes them from the Business Hours and puts them into After Hours mode.
