Attendance Report for all

It seems useful that anyone should be able to download an attendance report.  If my manager is the organizer of the meeting and presenting, she doesn't have the ability to stop the meeting to download the attendee report.  I'm doing that for her.  Why can't everyone print a report?  Why would it need to be limited to just the organizer?
