David_Clements Hi David, for issues like these I believe you should open up a ticket with the official Microsoft support to get a proper analyze of what's going on.
Any idea how to get in contact? It said your admin should be able to do it.
I have no experience using Teams Edu. My initial thought was something is wrong as they are returning over and over. Reach out to your admin, if necessary they can open up a ticket for you.
