Apps and connectors

I need to allow specific Apps & Connectors and block the rest i (Hybrid Exchange mode)

Can someone show me the right 'way/directions' if it differs from below?  

1. In the Manage App- > Org Wide settings - all 3 buttons are On. 

2. in the Permissions policies -> Global Policy -> Edit ->
    2a. Microsoft Apps -> Allow specific and block all others.- add the one allowed 

    2b. Third Party Apps ->Allow specific and block all others.- add the one allowed  
    2c. Tenant Apps - Block All Apps.
