Apply Background effect option not available in MS Teams

I AM FACING THIS PROBLEM FROM LAST MONTH , BEFORE THIS IT WAS AVAILABLE.

*I HAVE CLEARED CACHE MANIER TIMES 

*I HAVE REINSTALLED TEAMS (IT WORKED FINE FOR A DAY THEN SAME PROBLEM ARISED)

*MY BACKGROUND IS NOT GETTING BLURED TOO

*USING :- WINDOWS 10 DESKTOP CLIENT , I have Microsoft Teams Version 1.4.00.22472 (64-bit). It was last updated on 11-09-2021.

    This functionality depends on specific hardware features being available. All I can think of now, since it works for a little while and then breaks, is that perhaps GPU acceleration is the problem here. Does your PC have two graphics cards?

      I dont know weather I have one or two but have INTEL(R) HD GRAPHICS 4000 CARD and GPU option is also available in %appdata%/microsoft/teams.
