Agents in Call Queues are not able to see missed call history
Calls to two different Call Queues are sent to Teams Channel and also to Users and Group. but none of the agents could able to see the Missed calls history (any call queue call history). This feature...

I am astounded that such fundamental functionality is absent.
Microsoft’s offering is a “Call Queue” that fails to display the caller’s identity if they disconnect before an answer is received. This is utterly inadequate.
