After meeting with 2nd group, can't access the 1st group

I use Teams to access 2 groups: my company is the main group and a client is a 2nd group, which i only use once weekly.

Every time I finish a meeting in the 2nd group, I can't open back the 1st group. It says:

"You don't have access to the *** org in Teams. Select another org, or contact your admin for more details."

So I have to clear all data in the browser's cache and wait 1 hour until i am able to login and access my company's group.

What is causing this ? Is there a better way ?

    Miguel_Ruah  So that means you are trying to access two different teams accounts which you refer them to Groups??

     

    if that is the case here is a quick solution for this that you can use both accounts at the same time.

     

    1 - for the 1st group use the regularly used account under the main MS Teams desktop app installed

    2 - for the 2nd group you need to install New edge on Chromium if you already have it then go to Teams.microsoft.com login with your second account then go to ... > Apps > install this site as an app

     

    please update with your use-case!
