After I mute a member on TEAMs, is there a way they can reply to posts?
I know I can mute members by going to manage team and clicking mute. This will restrict members from replying to posts or creating a post; however, I would like to know if there is a way members can ...

You can set it so only Teams owners can post whilst team members can only reply. Note that channel moderation doesn't currently work in private channels or the general channel of a team currently
