Hi Jeffrey Allen,
I still tend to book meetings via Outlook into Teams and through this you have the choice to only notify the added or deleted users or all in recurring meetings.
If you can’t do this for meetings booked directly through Teams I would look to raise a uservoice

I would vote on it for sure, but I would be interested to see if a workaround, apart from using Outlook for meeting booking/amendments would be to see if you have the choice above in Outlook after you have booked the meeting directly in Teams. That could be a bridging workaround for the time being
