Adding flexibility to breakout rooms
Hi,
We want to use Teams meetings and breakout rooms for a sales enablement event. Our audience will be in seven different tracks, all meeting at the same time. So, we would need seven Teams meetings each with the ability to split their attendees into breakout groups. Each meeting has a different facilitator and subject matter expert.
With the way Teams currently works (only the meeting organiser can manage breakout rooms) we would need each of the seven facilitators to create their meeting and all that would need to be manually kept in sync by the sales enablement team (that's me). It would be great if we as the enablement team could create all the meetings in advance, then delegate breakout room management to any one of the attendees and/or presenters.
Anyone know if that's on the roadmap? Thanks
