Activity reminder in Shifts tab?
Hi guys, Does anyone know if we can add a reminder to an activity during a shift in the shifts tab? Preferably so that this comes up as a notification via the app for whoever's shift it is? New ...
What we do see is a notification in the activity feed when a schedule is shared or when a request is submitted, however, only in the mobile Teams app. With regard to assigned shifts, to try and mitigate this lack, you can ask your team members to configure notifications of upcoming assigned Shifts called "Shift Reminders" for up to 23 hours 59 minutes in advance of the shift. You find this in the Teams app under Settings | Shifts | Shift Reminders.
