Accessing closed account

Hello, I've tried solving this issue by contacting microsoft customer service over the phone but I was referred here. I had a microsoft account (including Teams) with my former employer that was closed by my employer. However, I am taking that employer to labor court over unpaid wages. There is evidence in my microsoft account that would be very helpful for me to have. Is there anyway of accessing a closed account? If possible I'd like to be able to log into that teams account to have access to messages, or even calls, if that data is kept and it is possible. Thank you for your time!
