Access TEAM chat through link in Excel 365

Is there a way that you can create a link in Excel to distribute information to a group chat?  I am creating a war room document that certain information needs to go to a group in TEAMS.  Yes, you could open up the group chat and distribute but wanted to know if there was a possiblity of creating a link in the Excel document so you could click on it and it would launch the chat so you could drop information for all to see?
