Problem generating certificate for the GitHub Copilot Fundamentals Part 2 of 2 learning path
I have problems generating a certificate for the GitHub Copilot Fundamentals Part 2 of 2 learning path. Upon completing the learning path modules, the experience is not added to the path and the certificate is not generated.

Here are a few proven steps to resolve the issue with generating your Certificate for GitHub Copilot Fundamentals Part 2:
1.Clear Cache / Use Incognito
As one of the Microsoft Learn community members advised:
“Clear your browser cache or try using an incognito/private browser window.”
Sometimes stale data in your browser prevents updated completion status from reflecting correctly.
2.Ensure You're Using the Same Account
Double-check you're logged in with the same Microsoft (or GitHub-linked) account that you used to complete the modules. Using a different profile can block progress tracking.

3.Check Your Learning Transcript
Visit your transcript page:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/transcript
Confirm whether the Part 2 modules are reflected there.

If they show up as “Completed,” certificate generation might just be delayed or stuck.
4.Use the “Report a Problem” Link
If modules are marked complete yet no certificate appears:
Scroll to the bottom of the GitHub Copilot Fundamentals Part 2 learning path page.
Click on “Report a problem” and provide a detailed description including screenshots and URLs.
