Users with F3 license not able to send answers

Hello,

we are facing a strange issue with Microsoft Forms where some users with Office 365 F3 licenses can't send the answers to a Form. When they click the Send button the page with the questions opens again, but no answer is sent.

The form is set as only persons of the company can answer it. Those users haven't change the type of license and were able to anwer other forms of the same type before.

Any ideas of what might be happening?

Kind regards.

    Hello,
I'm going to ask you to run some tests. Can you check and verify?

    • Sometimes, browser-related problems can interfere with form submissions. Advise users to:
      • Clear their browser's cache and cookies.
      • Ensure they're using the latest version of their browser.
      • Try submitting the form using a different browser.

Licensing Considerations: While Microsoft Forms is available to users with Office 365 F3 licenses, there might be specific limitations or issues affecting certain functionalities. Ensure that the F3 licenses are active and properly assigned to the affected users.

Form  Settings and Access Restrictions: Since the form is restricted to company users, verify that:

          • The affected users are logged into their company accounts.
          • Their accounts have the necessary permissions to access and submit the form.

Form Configuration: Review the form's settings to ensure there are no configurations that might prevent submission, such as:

          • Start and end dates that restrict when responses can be submitted.
          • Response limits that might have been reached.

Network and Connectivity Issues: Ensure that users have a stable internet connection when attempting to submit the form, as connectivity issues can disrupt the submission process

If the issue persists after these checks, consider the following steps:

Recreate the Form: Duplicate the existing form and have users attempt to submit responses to the new version.

    Best Regards,
