Use answers to questions in other questions in Microsoft forms

I want to use answers to questions in other questions in Microsoft forms. For instance Q1 short answer: 1st Favorite Food. Q2 Short Answer: 2nd Fav food. Q3 ‘Answer from Q1’: Option 1 Option 2 etc.

I hope this lay out makes sense I’m not sure it is doable but hopefully the community can help

    Joshua_Denton this is not possible in Forms.
