Use an email address requested in a microsoft form to send an email response
I need to use an email address submitted within a MS Form to forward responses to. Is there a way to do this?
For example, a student applies for admission to a specific program out of many program options--each program has a different leader. Within the form, the student would be asked to enter the email address of the leader of the program they have chosen. When the form is completed, the response (and uploaded application) would need to be sent to myself and the leader of the program.
Thanks for any help!
MyraTaylor to do this you need to build a flow in Power Automate. The form asks the user to submit the email address of the manager:
The flow would then look something like this:
Rob
Los Gallardos
Microsoft Power Automate Community Super User.
Intranet, SharePoint and Power Platform Manager (and classic 1967 Morris Traveller driver)
