Unwanted Event Registration at end of survey

I've created a Survey to 600 members of a Charity. That's no problem, it works fine, BUT,

after a member clicks "Submit" they get an event registration form. I can't stop this registration happening.

    Rather than an event registration, it's actually an advertisement aimed at encouraging people to use Microsoft Forms to create their own forms, surveys, or quizzes. Unfortunately, there is no option to disable it at this time. However, you can contact your IT department to submit a support ticket to the product team and request their assistance in addressing your specific situation.
