Title function for additional information, not new section

Good Afternoon, I would like to have a part of my form, within the same section to have not a question, not any other option to pull information from the responded, but rather give them more information. I want it to act similarly if not the same as the title option in the Google forms. Please let me know if there is a way I can do this in Forms.
