Recently received this message on a Microsoft Form after collecting several responses "This form can't be distributed as it is asking for personal or sensitive information."
This is on a personal account and the form does not violate terms of use. Please help to remove this!
jmfordmicro you need to look at what the questions are in your form, there must be one that is causing it to display the error.

Are there any questions in your form that may be asking for personal, sensitive, or password-related information? If so, remove those questions to reenable your form.- The form is a sign-up requesting name, email address, the position title, and how long they would like to register for services. Would these cause an error?
- DingkunXieIt shouldn't, it's possible that changing the wording in your question titles could help solve this issue.
