MicrosoftAre there any questions in your form that may be asking for personal, sensitive, or password-related information? If so, remove those questions to reenable your form.
- The form is a sign-up requesting name, email address, the position title, and how long they would like to register for services. Would these cause an error?
- DingkunXieIt shouldn't, it's possible that changing the wording in your question titles could help solve this issue.
