    shivamrathore5600 I showed you the link to copy on the screenshot, I can't explain it any more clearly than that.  It might be that it's a different problem but making sure you have sent out the collect responses link rather than the edit link is the always the first place to look.

Michael_2024 make sure you are sending them the correct link. From the Collect Responses button at the top right copy the full or shortened link.
