Hi facing this Issue since early this Morning. Please look into the error
Apologize for the service reliability issue . Microsoft Forms team is actively working on investigating this and in the process to identify a proper mitigation plan. - I am running into the same problem - my form won’t load and the error page ‘something went wrong’ has appeared - any solution?

Forms is completely down for me and our organisation.
No forms work and i cant access my own or group forms.
