Apologize for the service reliability issue . Microsoft Forms team is actively working on investigating this and in the process to identify a proper mitigation plan. It's our top priority to get this issue addressed as quickly as possible.

I am running into the same problem - my form won’t load and the error page ‘something went wrong’ has appeared - any solution?

Calumc12 Does this work now? There was an incident and we resolved.

    Today, we are having this issue on 2 of our 93 forms, both seemingly no longer exist but haven't been deleted by us. I hesitate to post the URLs here as they are not public facing forms (NDA's have been signed) is there a way to email you directly?
