Sharing Microsoft Form to external users
In settings the only options I have is:
1) 'Anyone can respond' - this is too open as the information is sensitive
2) 'Only people in my organisation can respond' - this is not suitable as the user we need to share with are external
3) 'Specific people in my organistation can respond'
Microsoft support have advised the following previously:
On the Settings page, under the Services tab, click Microsoft Forms
However On the Settings page, under the Services tab, Microsoft Forms is missing.
We limit sharing by domain to a specific list in Sharepoint Admin Center.
KevinFletcher - Did you get any response? I would like to share Forms with specific user (external) to prevent unsolicited responses.
It is not possible to share a form with a specific external user. The only thing you can do is to send them an email with the link and ask them not to give it to anyone else.
