Scoring multiple answers in forms

Nienke_vdH you don't see the option because it's not available in Forms. Depending on what you want to do with the answers you could create a flow in Power Automate to look at each answer and assign the appropriate value to it and then upload that to a SharePoint list or Excel spreadsheet.
