Save MS Form with unique name

Hello 

I have a Form that the sales team use to collect information from discussions with customers. Sometimes we need to save the form and go back to it later to fill in more data. We know how to submit the form and save it for later use. The problem is that all the saved forms have the same name (the title of the form). is there a way we can save the form with a unique name each time, ideally the customer name, so we can easily find which form to go back to in the saved list?
