Responses not showing if form filled in chrome

I filled a form using chrome browser since images were not loading in the desktop app of Teams but even after getting acknowledgement that my form is submitted my teacher was unable to see my response. This happened on 2 occasions. It would be grateful if anyone knows what might be the problem and what's the solution?
