Remove the"Your response is anonymous." text from forms
Is it possible to remove the Your response is anonymous hardcoded text from the top of forms.
It is confusing as we want to send externally for surveys but may need peoples name and organisation, so that text simply confuses people, and there is no need for it to be hard coded in.
Surely a simply solution is to make it a tick box, either anonymous or not, or simply remove it.
That would be good feedback via the "..." menu in the upper right of MS Forms.
