Recipients cannot use Forms

Forms I share with recipients via email can be viewed but user cannot interact with the form.  Forms should be able to be shared and used by others. Not sure what Forms is used for. Is there another Microsoft product that I can use to actually behave like a real form app, or should I find another source like Survey Monkey?

    Could you explain more explicitly about the scenario you are trying to achieve with the Forms product? Also, there is an integration feature with Outlook that allows you to send polls to recipients. Have you looked into that?

    Rexter what do you mean by the "user cannot interact with the form"? Can they not select/add  answers? Make sure you've sent them the "Collect Responses" link. I've never had an issue with recipients of a form link using a form and we've had thousands of them.
