Thank you for the response. I'd need to come up with another way to pdf the 1-pager repsonses.
Taahir_Maula the alternative is to build a flow in Power Automate.

RobElliott Thank you for the response. Are there any resources that can assist me with setting this up? The intention is to report manufacturing defects, collected using MS-Forms and thereafter have them communicated to the relevant team for action, in a 1-pager layout.
