Quizzes don't include Math option

This question has appeared on this Community forum numerous times without ever being answered.

We have Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise, and whenever I try to create a math quiz with multiple choice questions using the equation editor, I only have the following options:

• Shuffle options
• Drop-down
• Subtitle
• Add branching

Unfortunately, the Math option doesn't appear. Isn't this feature supposed to be included with an Apps for Enterprise edition?
