Prevent the user from submitting a form is the answer for one question includes certain characters?

Hi,

together with a friend made a form for my teachers to submit our tasks etc. A workflow we made in Power Automate will automatically move attached files to SharePoint and create a Planner task.

But if they included one of the following characters in the title of the task, the workflow can't create a folder in SharePoint.  / \ : * ? " < > |

So my question: Is there an option to prevent the user from submitting the form if they used one of these characters in the answer for one question?
